WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Discovering my dosha and knowing what I should and shouldn't eat has really helped my chronic IBS and bloating.

Shara was amazing and showed me simple ways to balance my lifestyle by using diet and simple modifications to address my stress and insomnia.

I had fatigue for so many years, I never thought anyone could help me not feel tired. Shara implemented some simple changes to my diet and lifestyle and it has made all the difference in the world.

MEET SHARA
Born and raised in South Africa, Shara grew up part-time in the city and part-time on the farm. She knew from the time she was 11 years old that her calling was to heal people.
"I’ve always been fascinated by the human body; the way it moves, the way we respond to different circumstances, the way we feel and how we can create a happy, healthy life."
Shara's first love was physiotherapy. She then discovered Ayurveda in 2015 when it completely changed her own life, making her stronger, healthier and happier.
"I will never not be a physiotherapist, but my next love became Ayurveda."
She knew she couldn’t 'not learn' how to make this possible for other people so began her studies at the Ayurveda Institute of the UK, completing her level two practitioners diploma.
Shara's passion for learning, healing and sharing is as strong as it was 20 years ago. By integrating her collective knowledge of Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and finally Ayurveda, she is able to share her passion to help others on their own journey to health and wellness.
"The body, mind and spirit are connected to our health and happiness - it is my calling to make that accessible to all who want."
RECIPES
Being "vatta" (my dosha), I have always found cooking to be an overwhelming chore. It wasn't until I realized how creative and simple cooking could be.
Cooking for the time (season) and place (climate) is so important for our energy, digestive system, health and well-being.
On those days when you lack inspiration and want to create something easy and nutritious, try one of these recipes.
